Baobab is a family run company delivering high-quality, affordable accomodation for young people in Buckingham and the surrounding area.

Why Baobab?

Anne spent much of her childhood in Africa, where the Baobab Tree holds a place of great significance. Also known as the Tree of Life, it provides sustenance, water, and shelter. We believe everyone has the right to comfortable living in a safe, happy environment.

What We Do

Our purpose at Baobab is to provide excellent homes for young people, where they feel part of a family, at home, and safe. We buy houses in need of a bit of love and transform them into desirable homes for young professionals and postgraduate students.

All our properties are fully licensed with Aylesbury Vale District Council. This means that Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are updated annually; all rooms have fire doors and interlinked smoke detectors; and Carbon Monoxide detectors in all properties. All maintenance and queries are dealt with promptly, giving tenants peace of mind and independence.
